The Papaya Dream smoothie bowl is one of my favorite papaya mixtures. Making it with some desiccated coconuts and vanilla extract definitely made this recipe dreamy! I love having smoothie bowls and this one right here is super simple! Enjoy!

Papaya Dream Smoothie Bowl
This Papaya Dream smoothie bowl is so creamy and tropical.
Recipe type: Smoothie Bowl
Cuisine: Breakfast, Dessert
Serves: 1
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen papaya
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼-1/2 cup water or nut milk
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • ½ tsp bee pollen
  • pumpkin seeds
  1. In a blender, throw in your frozen bananas and papayas
  2. Add half of your water or nut milk
  3. Add in the desiccated coconut, chia seeds, pitted dates and the vanilla extract
  4. Cover and start blending
  5. If the mixture is too thick then add more liquid
  6. Once it's done, pour the papaya dream into a bowl
  7. Top it off with the toasted coconut flakes, bee pollen and pumpkin seeds (be creative and add any kinds of toppings)

    What a gorgeous bowl! I honestly never know what do to with papaya, but throwing it into a smoothie is the perfect solution!
