Dice Onions and Mince Garlic

Dice onions and minced garlic

Cooking

In a skillet add in 1/8 cup pf the water, the diced onions, minced garlic, spices and the beans. Sauté for a few minutes until onions are translucent and spices are fragrant.

Mash or Blend

Once everything is cooked and has softened, transfer it to a blender or food chopper and blend until well combined and smooth. Then finally add in the lime juice, 1 tbsp of water and sea salt to taste.
(If you do not own a food chopper or a blender, simple use a fork or a potato masher in a large bowl and mash until desired consistency)

Once desired taste and consistency in reach, simply enjoy in a salad , sandwich, wrap or bowl! Store leftovers in a container in the refrigerator!
